  • We help L&D teams find exceptional freelance eLearning designers for flexible, time-based engagements. We match designers to your specific requirements, arrange introductions, negotiate rates, handle the contracting process and stay involved throughout the engagement.

  • We assess designers based on their portfolio, experience, technical skills and the quality of their learning and design work. We then match them specifically to your requirements rather than simply sending you a list of available freelancers.

  • There are no additional recruitment fees. Our service is included in the agreed day rate for the designer.

  • We typically present suitable designers within around two weeks, depending on your requirements and the availability of the right match.

  • Engagements can be tailored to your needs, typically from 3–24 months. We recommend six months or more for longer-term team integration.
