We don't just produce content. We work backwards to identify the problem. We question the need, learning objectives and format. Our development process is based on thorough research to find the best solution that fits the needs of your business and learners. Equally, if we find that digital learning is not right for you, we’re not afraid to say it.
Our curious nature makes us constantly explore various disciplines and industry insights to find new ways in which to produce outstanding results for our clients. Our current interests include data-driven design processes, Ai-powered tools, and Mixed Reality.

My journey in digital learning started in 2017, working as an eLearning Developer for a specialist agency, designing and developing courses for clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, AstraZeneca, Reckitt Benckiser, and Zurich.
Coming from a visual communications background, knowing how to use design mediums effectively has enabled me to create engaging and meaningful experiences for learners.
After gaining operational knowledge working as part of in-house teams at Boots UK and Glovo, my goal became to create effective learning for every organisation worldwide that values exceptional quality and results.
Efectivi was born in 2021 as part of that dream and has now served clients in e-commerce, advertising, food & beverages, fashion & textiles, and telecommunications industries with bespoke learning delivered in more than 180 countries around the world.
