I'm Emilia, founder of Efectivi. And long before I started connecting L&D teams with Learning Designers, I was trying to figure out why so much digital learning felt so difficult to get right.
I kept seeing people spend hours on training that was difficult to navigate, disconnected from their work and quickly forgotten.
I began wondering what would happen if learning was designed around the person taking it, rather than just the content
What started as a way of rethinking eLearning became an agency built around one idea:
learning should earn people's attention, not simply occupy their time
Since then, we've worked with global organisations to rethink what eLearning could be — combining learning design with visual communication, UX, storytelling, animation and gamification to make complex ideas clearer, more memorable and easier to put into practice

As Efectivi grew, I noticed something:
