Eligibility:

The Flagship Challenge ("Challenge") is open to L&D teams, organisations and individuals who have registered for the competition.

Participants must adhere to the submission guidelines outlined by Efectivi.

Submission Deadline:

All project submissions must be received by 23rd February 2024.

Late submissions will not be considered.

Project Criteria:

Projects should focus on learning and development initiatives within organisations.

Submissions should clearly articulate the innovation, impact, and measurable outcomes of the proposed learning experience.

Winner Selection:

The winning project will be selected by a panel selected by Efectivi.

Efectivi reserves the right to select the winner amongst the submitted projects. Efectivi reserves the right to not select any project in case none meet the minimum requirements to be considered a flagship learning experience.

The decision of the panel is final and cannot be contested.

Prize:

The winning project will receive a 50% discount on a custom-made learning experience provided by Efectivi.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Notification:

The winner will be notified via the email address provided during registration.

If the winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited.

Publicity:

By participating in the Challenge, participants agree to allow Efectivi to use their organisation's name and project details for promotional purposes.

Data Privacy:

Personal information collected during the Challenge will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

Disqualification:

Efectivi reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

Amendments:

Efectivi reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of the Challenge at any time.

By participating in the Learning Elevate Challenge, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
